Shipping & Delivery
Lovisa offers an express delivery option. The advised delivery time is from the date the order has shipped, not necessarily the date the order was placed. All orders are usually shipped within 2 business days.
Please allow an additional 5 business days for regional delivery.
Due to potential and unexpected delivery disruptions, delays may occur.
During sale and promotional periods, all orders will be processed and dispatched as quickly as possible from our warehouse. However, busy periods could result in some delays with dispatch.
If there is an issue with your delivery, we will do our best to ensure it is resolved - however, we cannot make guarantees. Due to the nature of postal services, some circumstances may impact the successful delivery of your parcel.
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make any amendments to product, customer, or delivery details. If the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse, we may be able to cancel the order, however we cannot guarantee this.

Physical Gift Cards
Gift Cards can only be purchased in-store. In-store purchased gift cards can be redeemed in-store or online and, only in the country of purchase.
Lovisa Gift Cards are to be treated like cash. Damaged, lost or stolen cards will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed. It is not redeemable for cash, credit or retailer accounts. Lovisa Gift Cards must be redeemed before the expiry date. The gift card cannot be reloaded. Unused balance on expiry of this card will not be refunded or credited.
You may purchase an e-Gift Card from anywhere in the world, provided the recipient has a European address.
Lovisa e-Gift Cards are emailed to your nominated email address and can be redeemed online or at any of our European store locations.
Piercing e-Gift Cards
Piercing e-Gift cards can be redeemed in store within Europe only.
They are emailed to your nominated email address that will contain a card number, a 4 digit pin to use in store as well as your card's expiry date and value.
